Job Description

SUMMARY

Blue Sky Telehealth is seeking a Client and Implementation Coordinator. This position is responsible for implementing new telemedicine sites and programs. This position coordinates the full scope of bringing new facilities live and ensuring a smooth onboarding. This role will also manage a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities. Client relations responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This position will be the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire client experience.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree required.

EXPERIENCE

Experience in preferred in areas of project management, program or project implementations, client relations, and sales. Healthcare administration experience preferred.

•    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•    Be in constant and consistent communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction with service is high

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Coordinates and facilitates new telemedicine and remote EEG interpretation site implementations and post go-live support
•    Sets up project calls with new facilities and health systems to ensure project is moving forward
•    Create a comprehensive onboarding project plan for all new sites
•    Works with new facilities to ensure readiness before going live including testing IT access and coordinating any mock drills or codes
•    Drive deployment and adoption of telemedicine programs
•    Attend conferences and site visits at facilities utilizing telemedicine approximately once or twice a month for 1-2 days at a time
•    Be available after hours for telemedicine emergencies as it relates to paging, phone, connectivity, and coverage issues
•    Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client account management
•    Develop and conduct routine touch points with clients, including but not limited to, weekly/monthly/quarterly phones calls, emails, and report review
•    Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
•    Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to meet client needs and objectives
•    Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
•    Develop opportunities for new business
•    Resolve issues quickly
•    Ensure client satisfaction with services provided
•    Identify improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and service to customers
•    Monthly reporting, invoice review, and outstanding account balances
•    Other duties as assigned
