Position Summary:
This position will provide support to the Controller and process all day-to-day accounts payable invoices and reimbursements.
Position Requirements:
- Education:
- Associates Degree required, preferably in accounting.
- Completed accounting courses preferred, such as Accounting Principles I and II.
- Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an accounting role.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while multitasking.
- Ability to thrive in a very busy, fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Expected to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
- High degree of motivation, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee reimbursements.
- Organize and enter accounts payable invoices into the accounting system.
- Other duties as assigned.
