These scribes ensure that each patient’s medical record is accurate and work alongside our physicians every step of the way, from patient admit to discharge, allowing the clinicians to spend more time on patient care and less time on trying to capture notes.
This homegrown program is ideal for college students who are interested in going on to become nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and doctors.
Setting up Scribes for the Future
Our scribe program gives people interested in a healthcare career an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at the patient-clinician relationship as well as the medical decision-making process that occurs during every patient encounter. The program also allows our scribes to form long-lasting relationships with our physicians and advanced practice providers, who can serve as mentors and provide future referrals.
