Corporate - Financial Analyst
Position Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis and CFO with reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The Financial Analyst will assist with financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations throughout the organization. This position will create, review, and present their financial findings and will provide insightful suggestions regarding efficiencies and financial improvements.
This position is hybrid, located in Denver, CO, and must be available from 8am-5pm MST Monday-Friday.
Position Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of finance-related experience required.
- Prior experience in healthcare finance preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Suite products.
- Experience with Power BI preferred.

- Ability to evaluate financial and business data/indicators and translate into actionable information to drive results.
- Possesses the ability to work independently and think objectively.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyzes complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Regularly updates the analysis of current and past trends and key performance indicators, including revenues, expense, and revenue cycle drivers.
- Analyzes financial data to provide insights that support decision-making and strategic planning for company leadership.
- Calculates and reviews partner distributions for accuracy and appropriateness and reviews quarterly reconciliations.
- Identifies and helps with process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards for all markets.
- Assists with pro formas and fair market value calculations.
- Supports manager of financial reporting and Analysis and CFO with annual financial planning (budget) process.
- Prepares presentations for CFO.
- Coordinates with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identifies and elevates necessary problems to leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000
