Provider Wellness Committee

Our Provider Wellness Committee Peer Support Program offers physicians and advanced practice providers a space to feel, be heard, supported, and heal in a confidential and non-judgmental way. We strongly believe that connecting with others not only provides support but also hope.

Each of our Certified Peer Support Specialists has a passion for wellness and empathy, plus they appreciate the value of showing up authentically even during times of struggle. By providing emotional support and resources, we hope to help our physicians and APPs navigate system stressors inherent in today’s healthcare environment, develop strategies to overcome barriers to providing meaningful and compassionate patient care, lessen burnout, and promote wellness within the entire organization.

Leadership Development Program

Our leadership development program is a transformative initiative designed to empower individuals with the skills and mindset needed to navigate challenges, inspire teams, and lead organizations into the future.

Our dynamic leadership program fosters a vibrant and collaborative learning community. Participants engage in group discussions, share experiences, and build a community of support with their colleagues. This collaborative environment enhances the overall learning experience and creates a supportive community that extends beyond the program.

WORKING TOWARD A BETTER TOMORROW

CarePoint Cares

In addition to giving back to our communities through exceptional patient care, we also want to leave this world better than we found it. To accomplish that, we founded CarePoint Cares, our community service program. Once per quarter, we partner with trusted charities and organizations to volunteer toward a better tomorrow.

Our efforts are felt in the neighborhoods around us, such as during our participation in events like the annual American Heart Association Heart Walk. They also resonate to the farthest reaches of the globe, like when we sort medical supplies for shipment around the world during our work with Project C.U.R.E.
