Location: CarePoint Healthcare – Greenwood Village, CO
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the Assistant Controllers. The position is entry level and salary will be entry level.
Principal Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the preparation of payroll
- Manage employee business expense reimbursements
- Manage employee continuing medical education reimbursements
- Prepare invoices
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
- Special projects and process improvement projects as identified
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies for Success:
- Accounting degree required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Expected to maintain an extremely high degree of accuracy
