This is my first job out of residency, so any new job is going to be a big transition. But there are a lot of support systems in place—from our Wellness Committee's Peer Support Program, to our leadership development generally, to just having new associates at my site and in my city.
Since joining CarePoint, I’ve grown a lot as a physician. I’ve learned a lot from my colleagues, and I’ve made many close friends along the way. The medical directors truly have a vision for the department and really care about everyone on the team.
The C-level leaders are really forward-thinking and innovative. They’re focused on the future of both individual sites and the group as a whole. It instills real confidence in all of us. They're also physicians themselves, so they truly understand our needs, our challenges, and our day-to-day realities.
