CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences (CPN) is seeking a Neurohospitalist to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) in Idaho Falls. Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC):

EIRMC is a 318-bed Level II Trauma Center and the largest medical facility in southeast Idaho. As the regional healthcare hub, it serves patients from southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana.

• 52,000+ annual ED visits
• 10,000+ annual hospital admissions
• 344 physicians on medical staff
• Strong support from a comprehensive team of specialists

Volume Expectations:

• In 2024, total stroke volume was 490 cases:
  • > Ischemic strokes: 318
  • > Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIA): 119
  • > Subarachnoid Hemorrhages (SAH): 8
  • > Intracerebral Hemorrhages (ICH): 42
• Stroke transfers from outside hospitals: 160
• Annual endovascular therapy cases: 24
• While we do not have a dedicated Neuro ICU, EIRMC has 23 ICU beds to support neurocritical care patients
