Marketing Intern
Position Description
Does gaining real-world marketing experience at one of the largest privately held physician practices in the country interest you? If you’re a creative storyteller who can bring ideas to life through words, photos, and videos, then CarePoint wants to talk to you.
CarePoint is looking for a Marketing Intern who’s passionate about and skilled in creating engaging content — from short- and long-form videos to compelling written pieces for our website and social media channels — and can work in a fast-paced environment.
This ongoing internship pays $20-$25/hour, depending on education and experience. You can expect to work 10-15 hours/week.

Position Summary
You’ll play a key role in developing content that captures CarePoint’s mission, celebrates our physicians and advanced practice providers, and inspires prospective clinicians and business partners to connect with us.
Position Requirements
Education:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree or at least two years of undergraduate work in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field of study
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to leverage AI tools to create and enhance content
- Skilled in capturing compelling photos and video, and proficient with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) to produce polished, professional content
- Ability to use graphic-design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign) to create graphics for different uses
- Skilled at writing for different mediums, including website, social media, and email
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment at a growing healthcare company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CarePoint’s senior marketing manager to achieve defined goals
- Develop engaging written and visual content for CarePoint’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and internal audiences
- Assist with social media strategy and execution, including planning, posting, and performance tracking
- Support creative campaigns aimed at attracting top clinical talent and new business clients
- Help identify opportunities to repurpose and amplify content across multiple mediums
- Other duties as assigned
