Blue Sky Neurosciences (Corporate) - Implementations and Onboarding Project Coordinator
Position Description
The Implementations and Onboarding Project Coordinator for CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences Inpatient is responsible for managing implementations and onboarding within the service line, including, but not limited to, new site implementations, add-on of new services at existing facilities, and new physician and APP onboarding. This position works closely with the other Project Coordinators at CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences Telemedicine to ensure clients’ needs are met and providers are prepared to deliver care via telemedicine.

This position is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, accompanied by a base salary ranging from $60,000-$75,000, a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. This role is located in our Greenwood Village, CO, office.
Key Responsibilities
- Documents all phases of service line implementations for both clients and other team members to reference.
- Sets up project calls with new facilities and health systems to ensure projects are moving forward.
- Provides project plans, timelines, and other project documentation as needed.
- Manages all phases of the onboarding process as it relates to access to hospital documentation systems and telemedicine devices, the understanding of protocols and workflows, and training on facility-specific resources.
- Collaborates closely with the Provider Support Coordinator, who manages the licensing and credentialing needs of the provider, and other support teams across the organization to learn about timeline changes and updates impacting provider readiness.
- Keeps organizational resources updated with current information related to the onboarding status of each physician/APP and prepares timely onboarding reports.
- Engages in process improvement by identifying gaps in process, workflow, and/or metrics and then implementing as needed.
- Keeps in constant and consistent communication with clients to ensure high client satisfaction with service.
- Works with both the Onboarding Coordinator and the Implementation Coordinator to execute responsibilities, as this position divides time between implementations and onboarding based upon the organization’s needs.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
1-3 years of project coordination experience preferred, particularly in health care settings.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work effectively with teammates to ensure tasks are completed quickly and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate quality of work.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level leadership.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Assertive and responsive in communication and follow-up.
- Highly effective listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
