Hospital Medicine - Nocturnist Hospitalist

CarePoint's Hospitalist Division is seeking a full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist to join our busy hospital medicine service at Wesley Medical Center and Woodlawn Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.

Wesley Medical Center is a complex regional referral hospital and an ACS Level I Trauma Center with multiple residency programs and comprehensive specialty services.

• Compensation: Competitive annual compensation $330k + production bonus eligibility.

We offer a competitive annual salary (Currently $300k), with eligibility for a production bonus as well as a signing bonus. You'll be on a 3-Year partnership track for equal ownership in the group. Hospitalist Schedule and Workload

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling, including the standard 7-on / 7-off model (variable options available).
• Shifts: 5p-5a.
• Commitment: twelve shifts/month minimum (full-time) or seven shifts/month minimum (part-time).
• Typical Volume:
  • > 8-10 admissions per shift.
  • > No rounding on nights.
