When I was considering places to work and groups to join, there were so many different factors that I was weighing. And the thing that I really thought of that was the most important is turnover.

I was a scribe before, when I used to live in Colorado, and I actually worked for CarePoint at that time. And when I completed my residency training and came back, I saw that almost all the same doctors I was working for at that time were still there.

So that, to me, was such an important indicator in that the doctors at the group weren't leaving. They were career professionals. And so that was very telling and very reassuring.

I know that this job can be very difficult. And the fact is that I want to show up to work and be busy, and engaged, and be with my peers who I know I can count on, have a good time with, and are people that I respect and admire.

I will say very, very confidently that the doctors in this group are some of the most impressive individuals I've ever met. And, quite frankly, I wouldn't work for any other group.
