When a patient calls 911, participating paramedics facilitate a call with one of our clinicians, who then helps the patient understand all of his or her treatment options. In some cases, our physicians are able to provide treatment via telemedicine.
In other cases, they may decide a visit to urgent care or the emergency department is best. We understand the impact that an emergency can have and are committed to helping patients and their families receive care how and where they want it.
